the World Health organization started a round of consultations with experts from around the world to look into experimental therapies and Vaccines they hope could halt the outbreak of Ebola in West Africa. In the outskirts of Naples, this small lab is where one of the most promising vaccines against Ebola has been developed. The Vaccine has proved effective on lab animals. Now the current outbreak has speeded up the clinical trials. Human testing in the US was approved in a record two days. 20 American volunteers were given the vaccine this week. Two other vaccines will undergo human clinical trials by early next year. If all goes well, they'll join the battle to contain the world's worst ebola outbreak.
