Syrian refugees revive Italian villages

Plagued by emigration and lack of opportunities, southern Italy is seeing a revival of some of its villages thanks to a project allowing Syrian refugees to settle in, well far from life in migration centres, giving them a sense of normality, and peace. Leading the way are Riace, Calabria, and a smaller town called Camini, in the Locride region. Together with Al-Jazeera Sonia Gallego and Alina Grecheva, Raw-News producer Martina Chichi went to see how Syrian refugees are adjusting to their new life in Italy.
